Who is this program for?

  • Postpartum women (recent or years ago!)
  • Inability to be as active as desired
  • Doming or coning in your abdomen
  • Abdominal or core weakness
  • Working out but not feeling stronger
  • Posture that is hard to improve

  • Regaining abdominal and core strength
  • More ease with daily tasks
  • Able to participate in desired exercise, work outs, or activities without pain
  • Get rid of side effects like leakage, back pain, pelvic pain, or feeling of instability
  • Participate in desired activities without issues returning

What does this program include?

  • In-person or telehealth PT treatment sessions (as prescribed by PT)

  • Exercise prescription for progression between PT sessions

  • Real time ultrasound visual feedback

  • Hands-on treatment

  • Posture retraining

  • Biomechanical Screen
